Yes, the house is family-friendly. Children of all ages are welcome. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, with green areas, playgrounds, an urban farm with animals, and a children's plunge pool nearby. A crib is available upon request (SEK 100/night). Please note the upper level has a loft-style design — parents with very young children should supervise around the stairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cookware, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, glasses, and basic cleaning supplies. There's also a dining table with seating. Basic pantry items like oil, salt, and pepper are usually available.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house. This policy helps us maintain the sparkling clean standard our guests expect and appreciate.
The house is strictly non-smoking. If you smoke, please do so well away from the house so that smoke and smell cannot enter through windows or doors. If the house smells of smoke after your stay, an additional cleaning fee of SEK 2,000 will apply.
