Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation type and the platform used. Please check the specific conditions when booking.

The damage policy and resolution process depends on the booking platform used. Both Airbnb and Booking.com have their own damage protection programmes and resolution mechanisms. Please refer to the terms of the platform you use when booking. Normal wear and tear is expected and will not be charged.

Additionally, if the house smells of smoke after your stay, an extra cleaning fee of SEK 2,000 will be charged.

6. Children and Extra Beds

Children of all ages are welcome. A crib is available upon request for children aged 0–2 years at a cost of SEK 100 per child per night. Crib prices are not included in the total booking price and must be paid separately. No extra beds are available. The number of cribs allowed depends on the booking option selected.

Indoor garage parking is available for an additional fee (subject to availability). EV charging is available in the garage. Street parking in the immediate area is very limited; a few paid parking spaces are available at the end of Tavastehusgatan (subject to availability). Please inform us at the time of booking if you require garage parking.
